Anyone into this?

I have to admit I am watching bits of this years version as it doesn't seem to be as full of so many freaks as in previous years.  Shame Steph went at the first hurdle but what about the marriage task, that's got to BB at his twisted worst

Good or bad I'd like to see peoples opinions of this 'car crash' TV

My personal opinion is that anyone who has nothing better to do with their lives than watch a program televising x number of people traped in a confined space together to see how they interact with each other as the weeks go on, NEEDS to open their front door a little more often, and learn to interact with REAL people.

Couldn't agree more MJ but it does have it's funny moments, watching those sad individuals locked up doing nothing but getting on each others nerves, winding each other up, it's like watching some form of torture without the thumbscrews and clamps

And what a great idea Bernie a BB housemate's shoot

My own personal take on this complete, utter pile of toss is that, rather than a weekly eviction, the outvoted person should be shot in the knees, before a public hanging, the body should then be fed to a moat full of sharks. the remnants should then be collected and ground into fertiliser, so that in their passing they would at least provide some benefit to the world at large.
But why evict one person on a weekly basis? Why not evict the whole lot on a daily basis? No need to get to know the annoying, mindless, inane attention seeking results of a failing education system. No fortunes made by fat cats on telephone polls and stacks more fertiliser.
This country seems hell bent on breeding transgendered, self obsessed, I love me, who do you love (apart from me), morons with"issues". I would sooner melt them all down and make soap, than pander to their narcissistic whims.

You're a fan then?

Have to say, I'm in the Ratfighter camp on this one.  I rather enjoyed the first one, when it was new and more of an actual social experiment, and think they've been grasping at straws ever since, getting more and more freakish freaks to try and shock folks.  I would however sit and watch for minutes at a time, if the whole show was handed wholesale over to the producers of the SAW series of movies.

Oh I have nothing against the contestants. Ok some of them might be thick as s**t, but fair play to them for taking the opportunity to use the mindless masses who watch this drivel to advance their standing in the world.

At the end of the day it is quite simple if the morons didn't watch the program, then the program wouldn't exist.

The same is true for a lot of things in this country, we all love to blame the few, when really it is the masses who are driving the few.

That is precisely the reason why this series is watchable, the freaks seem to have gone and a bit of normality restored, the tasks they are asked to are pure evil too.

I believe that this is possibly the last series as the lovely Davina has said she will not be hosting it again.

cant see the point of locking a bunch of attention seeking wierdos in a house just to see what they will do ........ but i must admit it is getting a little long in the tooth though now
