Hi all just a quick question.

Does anyone know how to adjust the draw length from 28" to 30" on the above compound bow.

All I have found on the net so far is that it can be done without a bow press. I have some replacement cams & stuff.

Any info will be appreciated as always.

If you have a 28" cam, I think it will go to 29". If you have replacement modules, just unlock the allen bolts and replace them  . The middle holes are the standard draw length and you can vary by 1" either side.

The cams and modules are no longer available for this model but I have seem modified Max2000's with alpha cams, alothough you'll probably need a set of strings and cables to facilitate this.

I have replaced the modules, I think thats what they are, they were stamped with different letters.

The draw is longer but I still feel bunched up, it seems to make my right shoulder ache., or is that natural after 2hrs shooting @ 50lbs?

Well it shouldn't but it dies depend. Many new Compounders put too much effort through the bow arm rather than relaxing. It's something I often see but is difficult to explain in words

I do keep my bow arm fairly relaxed, just slightly pushing forward. Its my draw shoulder that aches, my right shoulder. Maybe I am having to long a practice session.

Anyway, would the draw length be the same for compound as it is for recurve? I am still finger releasing.
