Looks good to me, not that I understand the scoring, better than I could do I'm sure.
I take it you get three arrows to hit a target, and The first arrow scores higher than if the hit was with the second arrow etc?

Thats the right idea
For you non NFAS'ers out there Big Game scoring as follows
1st Arrow = Spot(inner kill) = 24 ---- Kill = 20 ---- Wound = 16
2nd Arrow = Kill = 14 ---- Wound = 10
3rd Arrow = Kill = 8 ---- Wound = 4

Looks like a fairly consistent improvement to me, just a matter of getting past what coaches call a psychological plateau, and that, as you said, may be in the rear-view mirror. Good luck!
As for the other problem, I found a few tips from a sports doctor were helpful. Even with ailments involved, if one starts taking aspirin several days before a meet, it helps blood flow during extra exertion and reduces pain afterwards. Combine this with a meal or two of hot spices before the meet and your circulation improves, as does the immune system, as muscle fatigue produces toxins which reduce the body's ability to fight disease and heal quickly. Of course, if one cannot tolerate aspirin, just leave that off.

Great scoring. I'd have walked away very happy with that. Just as a matter of interest does the dip in scores happen after a break or lunch. I've noticed a short break seems to affect most peoples scores but no idea why. For myself if my group stops I never eat just drink (and no not vodka) and have noticed that my scoring now remains more consistant.

After eating and then returning to shot with a small break , I think our body tends to cool down (our muscles aren't stretched and working right) and our body needs to get to and digest the food and possibly one more reason is our brain switches from archery to the "relaxation zone or general mode". All these affect our shooting to a degree even though we have "muscle memory" and our sub-conscious does know what to do, with the reasons above it takes a bit to get back into it. In Liams case I would suggest that he needs to focus more and concentrate for the whole shoot, not being mean here but if you haven't shot for a while you lose your ability to keep it all together because you haven't practiced it at all.....
Just my take on the proceedings

Funnily enough, I tend to do well for the first 5 or 6 targets after lunch, then the lull comes, for instance I lunched after 14 targets went out and got 2 24's
Yes your right though Steve, I do need to get into these all day shoots, I've not done that many and I'm sure with practice I'll get there.
