I put the longbow away on sunday and concentrated on my recurve for a change. Oh my you should have seen it, my release has gone to pot and having sights just seemed to confuse my poor eyes . Finally got the thing set up again and shooting spots but it wasn't easy. Shooting club night tomorow so it will have to be recurve all the time. I feel the need to do walk back and paper tests and then maybe try getting distance sight marks and hopefully a quick run round the course if I get the time.
I ordered Jimbow a nice new black leather quiver from Goldflight archery and it came at the weekend (he's been a good boy recently so I thought a little treat was in order) and now I'm slightly green with envy so I think next pay day I will be getting myself one to.
As an aside I've still got this ##### cold, it just will not go away and the chicken soup ain't working .
