Good news Dad got out early and is doing well. He's not happy cause they found out he is diabetic and he loves sweet things, he will need surgery later on but not that bad that he can't wait.

The course did wonders and feeling much better plus I got an invite to my first ever clout shoot. I am really looking forward to it as I've put so much work into my longbow with only sparodic advice so had to worked most of it out for myself,it will be nice to see if what I've done is right and hopefully I'll get a bit of free coaching as well.

My only concern is my little bow is only 30lbs and never got further than 80 yards so may not make the 120 yards needed but I've got to give it a go.
