Right, I've decided it's about time I got semi-serious about the sport we love, I am going to spend time during the week practicing my shot, release and stance rather just going for a wander round the woods on a Sunday morning. I shall of course still have my Sunday morning trips infact I intend to get to a few open shoots this year.

I can practice up to 30 Yards at home so will shoot at 5cm 'black dot' and gradually reduce the size of the dot as we go on, for larger distances I shall either use the range at the club (70 yards) or pop down to Merlin and use their facilities.

I shall of course keep you all up to speed on my progress..........or lack of
