Segolden ive thought the same myself, over here in the UK there is only one company doing it called hydrographics in Yorkshire. I have seen some of the work on air rifle stocks and it's pretty good, i will try and find a link for them.

Hi Guys,
RE: Hydrographics
Yes, they are company based in York. Their web site is at www.hydro-graphics.co.uk
I spoke to them at the West Midlands Game Fair a few years ago about coating bows and they said it would be no problem and that they have done a few bow handles in the past. I don't know about limbs, so you would have to ask about that if you really wanted to go mad with it.
Hope this helps, and if you do go for it I hope you post some pictures up to show the work you have had done. I have seen some of the rifles and the camouflage bike that they have done and their work is spectacular.

Fred I agree, in the traditional sense no it probably isn't a bow as we would have known 100 years ago, but as thing's develop new things are born, people demand better scores and more accurate equipment, hence the compound. I dont own a trad bow yet but certainly intend to visit that side of our sport
Any way stop being shy you lot, let's see them bows

LIAM I am not knocking it just woundering how for it is going to go.I have a compound complete with sights /wghts and release aid and when I cannot use a normal bow safely that is the way I will go the let off now allows you to use a more powerful bow safely.

Well, Fred, you wouldn't be the only one. I seriously doubt if I will ever pull more than my 33# Browning compound on any regular basis, and Steve may not be in shape to pull his 45# longbows any time soon. GRRRRR!! !@#$%^&*! Okay, I'm done now.
