I think they were taking late bookings - i could have found out for you. There maybe a way if you still want to go...

Would've loved to, but gave up on the idea when he finally owned up that he'd forgotten to send them off... bit like the postal league scores a while back. Thanks for the offer, but I've told mummy dearest that I'll be taking her out now, and booked a table. From now on I'll be handling my own applications, so I'll definitely be at the next event I go for.
