It did sound like a good time, but I wager that it wouldn't have been as much fun here. Too many cacti, snakes and ants for my taste, but that's the desert for you. Do enjoy the reports, though, reminds me of the cool wet of the California coastal forests.

aw shucks Bernie - just read your bit on the carry on we had at Castlewellan with Maggie.
Have to admit my shooting was the worst I have ever ever done (and that's saying something as we both know how diabolical I am) - but boy did I laugh when that sap near blinded yer woman.
To those of you who don't know her - Bernie is our rising star - she's been working away in the background and knocking us all back with her brill scores.
And the nice thing about it is, darn it, she's such good craic that you don't begrudge her it!

well be sure and get the one where I look just like Beyonce, 'cos as you know, we have a lot in common ie we both have Big brown eyes and a big butt!
you missed the craic tonight - Ross robin hooded his own arrow and then Amy robin hooded his other one. He'll be needing a new set very soon. Frank was killing himself - but no Wilma to take a pic!
I'm just having a wee bowl of soup for my dinner now (yes I know it's 11.30) God bless the tesco reduced chiller - thai chicken soup for 25p - saved me having to make a sarnie. Now where's the gaviscon.
btw - just checking - you going to enniskerry?

How doI start off a new post/subject - and DON'T tell me to rtfi (read the f****** instructions) I did and it didn't make sense to a non geek

Well done to Bernie aka Donnie Darko's pet rabbit on winning every prize going (even the Easter basket) at the club's Easter shoot last night.
I would normally say that all that chocolate will make you fat, but you must have lost half a stone under that furry ensemble so you deserve to tuck in.

Be at peace, Bernie! Kathy always says chocolate couldn't be a sin when it was invented for royalty. We went to a Purim party last night and she wore her Indian sari as her costume; good thing too, as the outside temp was around 30-degrees-C., and I was frying in my suit and tie. No eggs, though, but plenty of pizza! Have a good Easter.

anyway - was glad it went to you after all the effort you put into the basket AND the bunny suit.
will you be going to any of the "away" shoots this year? We're going to go to Kendal in May (hotel booked already) and I just hope it doesn't lash down like it did in Enniskerry.
