Re-tillering

What can be done to a bow during re tillering, for example if I wanted a 50lb @ 28" tillering to 50ish lb @ 32" would it possible and what would I expect to pay?? Excuse my ignorance
JimN

"50lb @ 28"; hmm, where have I seen that somewhere recently

I'm looking forward to seeing the answer though

Liam are you sure you would be drawing 32" with a longbow, i only ask as i shoot 28" with the compound and around 26.5" with the flatbow. This is due to the compression of the joints and the extra holding weight having the effect of shortening my draw.
When i first started shooting the flatbow i over extended my bow arm to get a 28" draw and eak as much power out of the bow as i could, just habit after shooting compound for around 15 years, the consequence was a rotator cuff problem. After shortening my draw to a more comfortable 26.5 my shoulder got a little better.

Obviously all this doesn't matter if you have arms like a gibbon

Was going on the side of caution, I was measured (incorrectly in my opinion) at 32" as a beginner for a recurve, this caused me no end of jip in the shoulder area, this eased when i shortened to 30"

So I am looking at 30" but allowing 32" in case of overdrawing seeing as a longbow would look silly with a clicker

Valid point though Kirk
