Quick question ref Samick SHB'sI just bought 1 as a fun bow for when I don't want to shoot the compound.
First question is, if I use wooden arrows would this fit the Hunting tackle catagory under NFAS.
And the bigger 1 is the laminate showing on the back, (3rd shot from left), would this need covering up as some people could say its a sight mark.
Cheers

Nice looking bow
I have a Samick SLB flat bow, I too have it more for fun and a change from recurve (barebow)
I use feather fletched arrows and shoot it in NFAS AFB, as far as I am aware as long as the ends of the limbs do not recurve when the bow is strung it will be allowed in AFB, if they do recurve when strung then yes it would be in hunting tackle.
Having just looked at the rules
http://www.nfas.net/nfas_styles.asp?style=AFB
it would seem you would have to cover the lamination as it could be seen as being used as a sight mark.
