Not massively up there on records, but have sold a few on ebay for a friend. We found that if you leave them just to the UK they don't go so well, but open it out to post to America/Japan (use paypal to make sure payment's across before posting... few scams about when posting internationally) and the prices sky rocket. As for dealers, I'm afraid I don't know. When I was at uni, there was a place called 'Record Collector' in the Broomhill area of Sheffield, who a few folks spoke quite highly of, but I've personally had no dealings with him.
