Interesting stuff Robin. I was thinking of investing in a 'Hun' style Horsebow from these guys in Oz:

Anyone have any pointers to recommended bowyers closer to the UK?

I understand Grozer's horsebows are carried in several establishments including Quicks. Here is his actual website:

Eastern Archery in Finland carries about every horsebow boyer I've heard of; they moved mountains to get my bow to me, highly recommended:

Another member here (dtalbot) got his horsebow from www.attilasarchery.com, as detailed here
| dtalbot wrote: | Yep,
Mine came from www.attilasarchery.com as a part finished bow. Very little work needed to smarten up its looks and has to be the smoothest bow to shoot I've ever used.
And yep, FAST! |

Yep,
My Mongolian from Attila is fantastic and Attila is a really friendly and helpful guy to deal with. His normal u-finish bows are Hungarians but a quick email exchange was all it took for him to do me a Mongolian version for the same price.
