Perfect in every way except for that sapling... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... Another 20lbs on the bow and that would have hit the target!!!

That is part of a course that was shot at Avalon last week. By the looks of the trees around it, quite a few people went tree hunting

Have you tried thinner arrows! (looks tough eating anyway).

I was at Avalon last week and to be fair to Celtic Dragon, that was a very difficult up hill shot. From the red peg, you had to shoot between two very close saplings just in front of the turkey.

Only about 15 - 16 yards!!! Distance itself not a challenge, but the amount of vegiatation made it evil.
If I can get up there tomorrow I'll take a pic from the peg.

I did get it between the two saplings, but to be truthful, I was aiming a bit to the right, I think luck was on my side.

By the way, when I said "nailed it", I meant the target not the sapling.

So after my 1st shot hit the 3D target, I thought "this is far to easy, I'll try for that thin little sapling instead." WoW! center punched it 1st try!!
