How is it possible?Hi all
I have been watching archery clips on the net & it has got me thinking. If long sightedness is not neccessary for archery how do people do amazing shots when the target is completely covered by the sight pin? The Korean challenge clips amaze me the most, from that distance I would be struggling to even see the target.
Any thoughts to share?

I know two archers who shoot without a sight pin at all. They line up the concentric circles, apparently the brain is exceptionally good at doing this.

Oh, so aiming becomes a subconscious process once learnt, hence repitition

long sightedHmmmmm sounds like instinctive shooting to me......... here's a thought... they could all go bare bow and spend the money save on sights on going to the pub !!!
