Help - Twisted Limbs!!!Hi all,
Just wondering whether anyone could shed any light on an issue my girlfriend is having with her riser and limbs. She shoots a Samick Mizar with KAP Evolution limbs, the other day we found that her limbs had become twisted and upon further inspection it appears that it could be the riser actually causing the problems. I could not see anything obvious although the adjustment pin in the limb pocket appears to be at a slight angle.
Has anyone got any ideas on how to test whether it is the riser causing the issues and any hints or tips would be gratefully recieved. The limbs are brand new as they were exchanged yesterday due to the old ones being severly twisted but they still show a slight twist. This means that currently she can't shoot.
As I said any help would be most gratefully recieved.
Thanks all,
Maverick Petey

Put the limbs on upside down and see if the twist remains the same, if it does then examine the riser for alignment from limb pocket to limb pocket with a level.
I'm not well up on recurve bows but some do have pocket alignment adjustment
good luck

I was about to say the same as the ratfighter the only other things u could do is take the bow back to where u bought it from and ask them and tell them the problem that u are having.
Adjustable limb alignment in my mind is more trouble than it is worth in some ways but it can also correct some issues but if u are not sure about how to aline the limbs take the bow back and ask them as it can cause more damage if u get it wrong
