Bow slingsI remember reading somewhere on here (I think) about a homemade bow sling. Does anyone have any more info on it?

When I shot recurve I just had a piece of paracord with two loops on slip-knots at either end, one loop went round my hand the other round my thumb. Nothing flash but it worked.

Cat collars ------- no I'm not swearing 
Get two cheap cat collars from the supermarket, and loop one into the other. One goes round your bow, the other goes round your wrist. Make sure you get the plain ones, because the ones with anti flea protection make people think you have a personal hygiene problem.

I can see it now, pink diamante bow slings with bells 
I made one out of a shoe lace and a keyring once, lost it now though so cant give a picture

Do you mean one of those keyrings in two parts that snaps together? I did the same thing many years ago - I think it is still in my box of bits... If I find it I'll post a pic.
