Been busyNot been around much this week as the kids are off again and we've been busy hunting for a new member to our family, we've found this little darling
Been round the local dog rescue homes looking for something suitable (cute  ) and it looks like MiMi may well be the one for us, she's great with the kids already and we've only met twice 
The dog warden is coming round in an hour or so to check us and the home, and all being well we could be bringing her home today or tomorrow 
Got to come up with a suitable name for her though, she doesnt answer to MiMi as she's only been in the kennels for just over a week and she was found as a poorly abused stray

Not been around much myself Christopher off school and still trying to get the house sorted the building control guy was around and has pick out a few things not done the other guy from the housing place is coming today Lord knows what he'll find. Bernie |

Seems she was trained quite well by whoever abandoned her  no 'accidents' on her first night, needs a lot of work doing on the walk though, she dragged me round for an hour last night

Regards the walks we had a similar problem with our rescue dog (Lucy) we tried the Halti collar and it really works well, we still need it when we first set off for a walk and she is excited, but coming home after a run she now walks well with just her lead,

Halti got one this morning, just took her out, WOW it was like walking a different dog instant change in behaivour, must try one on the kids
