Atypical Accessory Thought I'd throw this out here and see how many come to chew on it. There are a number of AFB's (referred to as "longbows" here in the US) being used for hunting and field. One of the most common accessories is the bow quiver, which attaches arrows directly to the bow. I've researched a bit, and found several that can be mounted to an English longbow without damaging it, but I'm wondering if anyone has tried this in your neck of the woods. I'd like to know if this might change the characteristics too radically, either overbalancing the bow or effecting performance. No doubt this is blasphemy to some, so you can't say I'm not willing to experiment.  Anybody game to play?

Do you want me to come over there and get my bow back     .(BLASPHEMY). In GB NOTHING ALLOWED ON THE BOW.Plus a longbow bends in an arc where are you going to attach it without interupting that arc. With flatbows only the limbs bend you can attach the thing to the riser section one last word ***###**""#~~~~~#####*****

Uh oh, forgot about that old saying about "mad dogs and Englishmen". Would a bottle of Crown Royal and a grand barbecue smooth things over when you get here?

I have got to sign of for a little The up side 2 mates and wifes beer burgers B BQ on . Down side sister and two brat kids with stuck up husbands  . Still after we have took the p**s out for an hour they will bog off and we can get down to some serious drinking  Fred
