What a good shoot we had. Met briefly Richard D and his young boy Thomas D (who shoots extremely accurately, with fine form - well done Dad) Full house 40 targets and 5 to a peg. Slight precipitation at times, chill came in late on in the day. Some clever target placements, with a few tricky new ones to keep the fun going. Muddy under foot in places, Cold wind on far side, but we did see the sun a few times, so all weather gloom aside Catering was excellent, admin went without any hitches, all marshalls active and archers smiles were abundant. Many thanks from Centaura and i'm sure all attendees. For interest some of the Archers Rest Members I know caught on film; Richard D Thomas D (in the middle) Bushy WhoMe and SammiG Corbarwolf and Pooka (taking pics) Naughty Angles Extra points - 66 in fact if you went through the squares

Yup, was a good day. I came in second in freestyle, which was a surprise considering how badly I felt I'd shot, but the course was a good one, and I don't think I saw a non-smiling face all day. See you caught Bushy's best side anyway _________________ :: Sig courtesy of CamdogXIII of EMP ::

Bow: Winact riser (Yellow Gold) SF Super carbon limbs (Black) 43Lb on the fingers.
Sight: Cartel Activa (Black)... Yes I use a sight! You can stop booing now!
Arrows: Yes, ACC's fletched black and yellow.
Accesories: Many, mostly black and yellow, I try wherever possible to look like an angry wasp.

Also shooting KG Cobra Deluxe, with big wooden arrows, there's also a stave of wood in my loft with a longbow hiding in it, going looking for it soon!
