Following on from a suggestion from Steve B we have introduced an award system for referring members to AR and winning any contests on AR, plus stars may be awarded for outstanding service. There are 18 stars to gain before you are classed as the ultimate user you must first gain six bronze stars then six silver ones and finally six gold stars, these will be displayed above your sig, please do not mess around with them, I will be watching and keep a record of your awards in your profile. _________________ Why not? hmmm.... so what awards are to be awarded and did I read you right when you say we control our own stars ?

For now you do as there is no way of practicaly having them in the profile section to the left of the posts, but I keep a record on your profile which only I can see, so if you cheat I can check, and cheaters go back to zero

Liam, does PHPBB have an 'add a custom profile field' bit in the admin panel? You may be able to hack the code to have an image appear instead of text. It may also work if you duplicate the Bow Setup code and hack it to accept images, although this would need some additional DB work.

Just guessing, as I don't have much experience of PHPBB but most forum software is similar so it's worth a look.

Thanks Dave, I keep hacking away at it found one way of doing it but it creates big gaps everywhere and so far we can't find a way of adding images to the profile fields, although to be fair ive not tried it in the setup section (bow sight etc), I'll give it a go, anyhow off to do some more butchering er erm hacking i mean _________________ Why not?

Nah the miserable buggers wont let any pics appear in the profile bit apart from user rank and avatar, I tried to hack the user rank bit but horrific gaps started to appear, I have requested a hack be installed with myff admin. Not given up yet though _________________ Why not?

Well I came to AR as a direct result of your initial post on AIUK (the one that magically disappeared).

Well I got here from the anouncement on the NFAS site, I had a couple of looks then decided to register.
