Hi guys
Just in case some of you don't know we (The 100 Yard Club) are holding our first competition on the 15th July, and this will be for NFAS members. Please see our website are not allowed to post clickable links untill they have made 5 posts - this is to prevent spam bots spamming the forums. for location etc.
It will be mixed 3D & 2D and we are still arranging the final number of pegs ie 36, 2 x 18 or 2 x 20.
Any suggestions on numbers and what is best considering our inexperience would be appreciated. Plus any tips and pit falls to look out for would also be appreciated.
We have inside toilet facilities and the catering is good quality and low prices.
We hope you will all come and support us.

Hi angie100 good luck to you all with your shoot, its a bit too far for me to come and join you also we already have plans for that weekend
The advice I would give you is when you have set out your targets and pegs, and need to check the safety, if you get as many people as you can and get one to stand on the number 1 peg then one at number 1 boss , one at number two peg, then next number two boss etc. each one with their arm pointing the way the arrows will be going, they will be able to see if there is any danger of over shots etc. then the person at number one peg moves to the next peg or boss that hasn't anyone on it, the person on number one boss to the next one etc.
If you go around all the course like this you should pick up on any shots that you need to alter
please accept my appologies if you already know this
Hope you enjoy putting your shoot on, and maybe one time I may be able to make it
